POCATELLO — The weekend before Dustin Alfaro of California allegedly killed an older woman in Pocatello, he had a run-in with neighborhood regulation enforcement. Jefferson County statistics display a citation turned into issued to the 18-yr-vintage on Sunday after a 
success-and-run crash. Police say a witness noticed Alfaro run into an electricity pole in rural Jefferson County and leave the scene. Deputies located Alfaro’s vehicle at the Teton West RV Park, wherein Alfaro was staying. When deputies discovered Alfaro, he admitted to the hit-and-run and to having a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle.
