One of the early champions of women lawyers, Gilbert+Tobin, coping with associate Danny Gilbert, says gender parity at the pinnacle of regulation corporations is “a few ways off” because many ladies give up the partnership song.
Mr. Gilbert believes women are also reluctant to “put themselves in the marketplace”, which explains why the rate of girl companions at his firm has genuinely gone backward in the past decade.

The underlying reasons, he stated, was “a big feminist query – about whether women are happier [with their current jobs] or more chance averse; I don’t assume you could generalize”.
